Mr. Debonaire

The Debonaire is owned by Adyin's family. Adyin's long-dead [:(] mother used to call him Mr. Debonaire and thus came the name Debonaire. And, no, I don't want confusion [ I can see it now a fan writing: WHY'D YOU NAME IT AGAR??? he's another book character... blah blah blah ]

So, anyways, now more things will make sense, Vortican. Good luck though!

I hung up and then, when I was about to go downstairs, heard a knock at my door. I opened it and, big surprise, there was the object of my jealousy. Tonia.
“Tonia,” I said stiffly.
“Um, Tess, can I talk to you?” she said shifting uncomfortably.
“I’m going out tonight, but if you make it quick I can.” She nodded.
“I – I’m sorry, Tess,” she began. I pulled her into my room and closed the door, but she didn’t stop talking. “I don’t know why I’m so wild sometimes. I’m not even sure why you snapped at me, but you’re right. I don’t think before I act. I do wild and crazy things because – well, because I want the attention that everyone always puts on you. I’m jealous of you, Tess. Everyone loves you, but no one really ever sees me.” I blinked in surprise.
“You’re jealous – of me?” I asked. She nodded. “Wow. That’s strange because I’m jealous of you. The way you can talk to guys and the way they look at you – the dazzling personality and even the courage to do those crazy stunts. I can’t do anything like that because social etiquette. I hate it, Tonia. I can’t do anything fun – can’t even flirt without getting a whole lecture that I can’t flirt without actually dating the person I’m flirting with… You have it good, Tonia,” I said quietly. “You don’t know how lucky you are.”

Tonia burst out laughing.
“What?” I asked in disbelief. She grabbed me in a tight hug.
“To think,” she whispered, “to think we’ve been jealous of each other the whole time. I’m sorry, Tess, darling.” She pulled away from me. I was surprised, knowing that I shouldn’t be – Tonia forgave like that and it was hard not to do the same. “Do you want to go to my room and watch movies?” Tonia used to live here full-time, so she had a permanent room full of everything. I hadn’t had a chance to move into my room.
“I’m sorry now, Tonia,” I said glancing at my watch. “I’m meeting Adam. We’re just hanging out though,” I told her, though that wasn’t entirely true. Adam had asked me out on a date, but I would be stuck telling him I didn’t want a relationship like that.
“Oh,” Tonia said looking down hearted – and jealous. Jealous? Light bulb, on.
“Tonia, do you like like Adam?” I asked.
“No, of course not,” she said defensively.
“The way you said that tells me otherwise,” I replied. We stared at each other for a couple of minutes. She sighed and gave up.
“Yeah, I like him, but it’s never going to happen. He doesn’t even know I exsist,” she said bitterly. “Promise me you’ll never, ever tell him.”
“Promise,” I said.
“Have fun,” she said closing the door as we both stepped out into the hall. She gave me a hug. “Thanks for forgiving me, Tess.”
“No kidding,” I said hugging back. “Thanks for not biting my head off. I was about to do that to you. I’m so sorry about that.” We both smiled at each other sheepishly and walked off in separate ways, promising to watch movies tomorrow.

Next Segment!

I stormed off to the back of the plane – where my dad had been – so that no one would follow me.

For a few hours, no one came near me. I grabbed a book and tried to read it, but couldn’t. I tried to listen to music, but couldn’t. I ended up falling asleep. I wasn’t surprised at all when I woke up five minutes before we landed. Tonia had her hand on my arm. I shrugged it off.
“You can’t stay mad at me forever,” she joked. I was so not in the mood for this.
“Want to test that theory?” I said icily. Tonia shook her head.
“What’s wrong, Tess?” she asked worried. Let her worry.
“Tonia, get off my back about it,” I grumbled. I liked holding this grudge. Let Tonia know that sometimes she just got me so mad and that, sometimes, I just couldn’t stand her. Yeah, I was definitely jealous.
“But, Tess…” she started, squeezing my shoulder.
“Leave me alone, Tonia,” I growled. The door to the cabin opened and Adam appeared.
“C’mon, Tess,” he said grabbing my things and putting a gentle arm around my shoulder. “Tess,” he said once we’d gotten into a car; Tonia being in another car with Felix. “Do you want me to talk to Antonia?”
“No,” I said coldly. “I want her to see how much she irks me, Adam. I know I sound selfish and all, but doesn’t Tonia get that she has no reason to be all wild and crazy? She has a life. She’s not stuck doing this sorry job.” I liked this job; it paid well, but really? Who would want to do this for the rest of their lives? “I’m sick and tired of living in Tonia’s shadow because Tonia gets to do all these fun things. I’m sick of it. And I’m sick of never being looked at twice because all the guys are glued to her.”
“I’m sorry,” Adam whispered. “I’m sorry you can’t do what you want because of everything. I’m sorry you don’t get to do anything fun because of you have to worry about your reputation. Really, I am. And – I know Antonia will never take a second glance at me, so, Tess, can I ask you to go on a date with me?” My mouth dropped open. Adam’s family was richer – better – than Adyin’s. And I liked and got on better with Adam.
“I’d be delighted,” I replied surprised. I wondered if he was trying to forget Tonia and thought I could help, but it didn’t really matter. Things felt okay when I was around Adam. And Tonia couldn’t take him away from me. Adam wouldn’t glance at Tonia like Adyin had when he thought I wasn’t looking. I knew I was being petty and selfish and wrong, but Adam was nice and fun and thoughtful. I liked being around him because he didn’t try and kill everyone. He thought about things before he did them. And, most of all, I felt safe when Adam was around.

We arrived at the lodge at fife-thirty. I asked Adam if it was too late to go out, but he said that we could go out as long as we wanted to – and that the lodge had a kitchen so he’d make dinner if he had to. He told me to change into something comfortable and that he’d meet me at six-thirty. I sighed and went up to my room. I took a shower, changed into jeans, did a hasty make up and blow dry job. Satisfied with my appearances, I glanced at my watch: six fifteen. I decided that, in the fifteen minutes I had left, I should probably make a call.

“Hello?” he said quickly. “Is everything alright, Tess?”
“Hi,” I replied. “Its fine here, I just… um… needed to tell you something.”
“Oh,” Adyin said, not sounding very enthusiastic.
“Yeah, um, Adyin, I was just wondering if we could, um – you know, take a break for a while?” I wasn’t even sure he’d understood my “can-we-break-up-so-I-can-go-out-with-another-guy” question.
“Um,” he said, nervously.
“Adyin,” I said smiling. “You don’t have to pretend you haven’t been cheating on me, you know. I don’t care.”
“So it’s over?” he asked.
“Yeah,” I breathed. “It’s over.”
“Did you find someone else?” he asked. I rolled my eyes.
“No, I just talked to someone who made me see that I what I really wanted,” I said simply. In truth it was a whole lot more than that. Adam had made me see that I didn’t want a boyfriend at all. Adam was just a brother. If he thought that I wanted something more than a really good friend, then he was going to get a shocker. Suddenly, for the first time in a long while, things felt alright in every area except Tonia.

Hope you liked it :D :D :D

Proud to be a Lizzie Kershaw

Well, I guess I mean, I'm proud to be a gal that knows how to kick ass.

Speaking of kick ass... Tonia's latest stunt, everybody.

I got tired of hearing this boring conversation and left them, saying I was going to lie down and that I had a headache. Adam followed soon after, a troubled look on his face.
We sat in silence for a while.
“You like her, don’t you,” I said staring at the other side of the plane.
“Who?” Adam asked, surprised.
“Tonia,” I answered, thrusting my chin to where they sat, laughing and joking. He looked at me.
“No, I can’t,” he said. I knew what he meant. It was considered kind of scandalous – but not unheard of – for a Legend-Seeker to fall in love with their guardian. I thought that that ‘rule’ was just plain stupid.
“Sure you can,” I said. His eyes widened as he looked at me. I glanced at him and looked back at the other wall. “It’s a stupid rule. It’s just
meant to make us feel like we’re better than guardians, but they’re human too. We have no right to push them down like that. A lot of the new generations of Legend-Seekers are friends with their guardians. It’s just the older ones that have a problem – obsessed with their social status.”
“Aren’t you opinionated,” he said ruefully.
“Yep, my dad hates it. Guardians have it easier.” Another reason I was – I wasn’t sure what the right word was – of Tonia. I mean, sure, I loved her and she was my best friend, but she had an easier life – a life that wasn’t constricted by social etiquette.
“You jealous that she has more freedom aren’t you?” Adam said quietly. Wow, he was good at that – perfectly landed the word I hadn’t thought of.
‘I’m jealous for a lot of reasons.”
“Like?” Adam asked.
“Like, sure, she has a hell of a lot more freedom; she’s pretty and I’m not; she can talk to guys without messing up like me…” I realized that this was true. I was jealous of Tonia.
“You talk to me,” he said quietly.
“You’re different,” I replied, defensive. He frowned. “Oh, Adam, I didn’t mean it like that. I mean, you’re just about twenty times easier to talk to than any guy I know. And, well, I don’t think about you in that way.”
“That’s alright, Tessy, dear,” Adam said, putting his hand on mine. Suddenly, Felix called us over – from the cockpit. I peeked my head in and there was Tonia – driving the damn plane.
“Well, hey there, Tess,” she said laughing. She left her eyes off the equipment a little too long and the plane swung to the right. Everyone fell and more than a few of the plane attendants swore loudly. Adam placed his arm around my waist – the way only Adyin put his arm around me. Felix’s eyebrows shot up when he saw that arm. Let him be jealous, I thought. Maybe I could make Tonia jealous. Maybe, for once, I could have something Tonia didn’t have. But, back in the moment, I was pretty angry at being tossed around – and I hadn’t been kidding about that headache. The pilot quickly got hold of the plane. Tonia looked at the floor sheepishly.
“Damn it, Antonia Estella Ivanov!” I scowled. Her
eyes widened. It was the first time I’d ever used her full name. “Don’t you think about anything before you do it?” Her face changed from shock to hurt. I didn’t care. It was time she learned that the world wasn’t hers to experiment on. People got hurt if you didn’t watch it. I stormed off to the back of the plane – where my dad had been – so that no one would follow me.

Late, but as requested

We rushed to the airport and found out that our plane wasn’t there. Instead of the commercial plane we were waiting for, we were met on the runway by a sleek black plane. This was so cool. I would never get over how cool my job was. I got to skip school – after all, that’s still a plus side when you don’t even have your drivers permit and your sixteen – travel all around the world, and spend time with my two best buds. Could it get any better?

I was about to go searching for a laptop, when one of the guys who worked on the plane came up to me and handed me a bright red laptop. A little post-it note said: For you, Love Dad. I went with it, deciding I could write him later. I was about to launch myself into the World Wide Web and research my topic when Tonia sat down across from me along with Adam. Both had their favorite sodas in hand, but, of course, so did I. Tonia sipped on a Dr. Pepper, Adam, being Greek, preferred the classic Coke because he hadn’t been exposed to other kinds of soda, and I had my personal favorite – ginger ale.
“So, who’s the client?” Tonia asked looking out the window.
“Mr. Dmitri Gorbachov, he’s Russian,” I replied. Tonia stiffened a little. She was Russian too, but didn’t really appreciate her culture – she said she didn’t want to get into that stuff.
“Mythical creature?” Adam asked, leaning in and putting his elbows on the table.
“The,” I looked at the notepad with the notes from Alex’s conversation, “Russian Firebird.”
“Huh?” Tonia asked. “What’s that?”
“The Russian Firebird – I’m looking it up right now,” I said, typing into the laptop. Legend-Seeker toys were amazing. I loved it – laptops, cell phones, jets, and ‘friends’ who liked to do favors.
“Whoa,” I said pulling up the Legend-Seekers webpage. We had an elite search engine that gave us what we needed. Also, we received files and email accounts – my email held very little information, but at least there was information. “Okay, the Russian Firebird – Zshar Ptitsa – is a miraculous Phoenix-like bird. Supposedly, its feathers shine like silver and gold and one of its feathers is rumored to light up a dark room. Its eyes are a likened to crystals. Its chants heal the sick and cure the blind. Last, but not least, when it sings, pearls fall from its mouth… talk about a bird that makes the owner loaded.”
“Wow, that’s, like, no information at all,” Tonia said frowning. “Okay, who’s after this bird?”
“Um…,” I said scrolling down the email. “Xander Demidov Senior. He’s the owner of a Russian chocolate company. He’s been blind since the day he was born – that’s the only reason he would need the Firebird – I mean, a guy who’s as famous and rich as he is doesn’t need a bird who sings pearls, right?”
“Right…,” Adam said hesitantly. “A chocolatier. Doesn’t anyone else find a chocolatier going after a bird strange?” The jet turned midair. And Adam turned unstable. Tonia reached over her arm and steadied him. I took another sip of soda. A man – from the aircraft – approached us. I could tell that Tonia wanted to ask me more about Gorbachov, though.
“Excuse me, miss,” he said in a low voice. “There’s someone who’d like to see you.” I looked at Tonia and her eyebrows shot up. She cocked her head to one side and stood up. After scooting around Adam, she went with the man to check who it was. She came back beaming.
“Tonia?” I asked as the man urged me to follow him.
“Go ahead, you’ll be pleasantly surprised,” she replied. The fact that she said pleasantly must mean it’s someone I knew, right? I looked at her again and she smiled to me. “Go.”

I thought that Tonia, Adam, and I were in a pretty high class part of the plane – and I was so wrong. I went into the back part of the plane – wow. I looked around because I was curious. The guy who showed me around said to “wait here,” so I did. I leaned against the wall and looked out the plane window.
“Hello, Tess,” I heard whispered right behind me. I turned and was in the arms of Adyin. He was as looking good as ever. The air was suddenly heavy with the amount of sexual passion he put in that greeting. His lips hovered over mine. I could feel his muscled arms on my back.
“Hey, Adyin,” I whisper back. “Looking good.”
“So are you – you’re looking better than I could ever look,” he replied smiling at me. His lips come closer. Our lips brush against each other. And then, romantic kiss goes out the window.

Cough, cough, “Hello, Tess,” my father said, looking sort of shocked, but pretty happy.
“Oh,” I said slipping out of Adyin’s arms. “Hey, Dad, what’s up?”
“Just business as usual,” he replied. “Nice job landing that first assignment.”
“You heard about that, did you?” I asked him. I hadn’t really “landed” the job at all, though.
“I did,” he said. “Listen,” he looked at his watch, “We’re landing in a few minutes. I’ve got to get ready to go. You’re staying on for the flight all the way home.”
“Oh, okay,” I replied. “See you later, Dad.” He kissed my cheek and walked off. I didn’t mention the laptop because, when you’re talking to my dad, you don’t talk about anything unless my dad brings it up.

My dad is pretty pleased about me dating one of the richest people in the business. I admit that, though Adyin is pretty hot, there’s no electricity – none of that famed love-fire that consumes other people, but that's for me at least, I'm not so sure about Adyin. I’m pretty sure that I’ll never find it and that Adyin will be left out on a limb forever. I remember my mom telling me that, when she was in love, she lost weight thinking about my dad. I’ve never felt that. But, there’s still hope for me, I’m only sixteen, after all.

When the plane landed, my dad left with Adyin, and I breathed a sigh of relief. I needed to work on this assignment – not worry about my romantic status. I sat down with another glass of ginger ale and started delving into the assignment – but I didn’t get anywhere. Adam sat across from me, with his feet on my seat and mine on his, and worked on his laptop, but I didn’t know what he was doing. I shut my laptop in frustration and Adam looked up from his work.
“What’s wrong?” he asked patiently.
“There’s, like, almost nothing on this bird!” I cried. “No information, no nothing!”
“Calm down, I got an email saying that we’ll be meeting our employer and his bird at his estate in the-middle-of-nowhere New York. He’s going to fill us in.”
“I guess that works,” I replied still frustrated. I spotted Tonia coming out of the cockpit with one of the workers, talking and laughing. I also noticed that Adam was looking rather jealously at the guy and wistfully at Tonia – major crushing was happening and I got to watch it all.
“Hey, guys,” Tonia said, coming up to us. The guy, who looked really familiar, had his arm around her waist – and she had her arm wrapped around his shoulder. “Remember Felix?”
“Um, no,” I replied. “Should I?”
“He’s your third cousin – like Adam is – and he’s also the one who decided to become a guardian,” Tonia explained. Then, I remembered.
“Felix?” I said in disbelief. “Felix Ashby?” I hadn’t seen him in forever. It was amazing. I smiled.
“Hey, hey, Tess, how’s it going?” Felix replied, flashing me his everlasting smile. Felix dropped his arm from Tonia’s side – much to Adam’s relief – and gave me a tight hug.
“Gosh, I missed you,” I said after we hugged. “It’s been what? – three years?”
“Four,” he grinned. He sat down next to me after hugging Adam. “What you been up to, Tess? Getting into trouble like we always did?”
“Good times, good times,” I replied ruefully. “No, sadly. Trouble is Tonia’s area of expertise.”
“Tonia,” Felix said, raising an eyebrow. “My, my, Tonia, it seems like we have more in common than I thought.” Another jealous, anxious glance from Adam.
“Indeed,” Tonia replied back to him. “Mischief, mayhem, my work is done.” Felix laughed. I was jealous of Tonia and the way she could carry on a conversation with a bunch of guys – and never break a sweat. I couldn’t do that at all. “I get bored a lot and I like to have fun,” she explained when Felix asked her why she got into so much trouble.

Still Sick :(

As you gathered, I'm still sick. Been working on FoRM, and it's going good... so far. I'm not jinxing myself by saying I'm on a roll. Alex is still the working name, and so far, you have Aiden, Adyin, and Ari to choose from for other names. I really leaning toward Adyin. :D :D :D

Also, in light that I've started WWI in history class, I started looking for WWI-era books. I found two, quite interesting books. Our Lizzie and A Time For Silence. Our Lizzie's really entertaining for a sore head.

Well, keeping on keeping on, my dears.

read couped up first...

So, my darlings, I've a problem and some votes are needed. I realized the name Alex [from FoRM (firebird of the russian mountains)] cannot be used for reasons I will disclose in person or on FaceBook. Here are the two runners-up for the Alex-replacement.

Adyin (Gaelic) "little fire"

or

Ari (Hebrew) "lion"

And, yeah, I noticed that they all start with "a". Trust me, I had no intention of staying up and looking up names (in fact, most of you know that I'm pretty good at making my own names) but this was inexcusable :D Hope to see the votes soon.

Asiat

Couped up... again.

You, my dears, can expect more - um - wild and crazy writings from yours truly. I'm couped up once again... held in the captive prisons of the cold/flu. :P maybe I should do this more often? Get so sick I can't venture far from bed and end up wheezing everytime I go downstairs... coughing fits and headaches that make me throw up. Well, isn't that cheering?

Well, this author's going to go and do some actual work :D farethewell, and a goodnight.

May the Fates watch over you,

Mayhem, Madness, and Miracles

I realize I should probably do this more often, but I am seriously enjoying being sick. I just wrote one and 3/4 pages of awesomeness [laugh and die because I wrote in in fifteen minutes!!]. Another great part is that being couped up brings out my overly wild side and that translates into a great story. :D Perhaps you darlings would like to know what I've been up to?

Firebird of the Russian Mountains? Remember that? Well, here's a really awesome snip-it. :P too bad none of you know the ending... *evil laugh*

Grand Canyon, AZ

Things could certainly have been worse. Only now they were worse. Antonia was no where and Adam was just standing there like nothing was wrong.

Perhaps that was a lie. Tonia wasn’t no where. She was on this cliff – feet from falling into the Canyon – and she was stretching. Everyone was watching. Everyone. The Canyon’s police were just standing there in amazement. Yes, Antonia Ivanov, my best friend since forever, was causing a stir again.

You’d like in on this wouldn’t you? Antonia – perfect, curvy, sexy, by all terms. You’d love to be her friend, right? No doubt.

One thing Tonia is, is a guardian for Legend-Seekers. I’m a Legend-Seeker. Tonia is bad, smartass, and good at what she does. She’s better at her job than anyone I know. I trust her. I like her – heck I even love how she draws attention to herself, but we had a plane to catch. She could’ve brought a parachute, jumped off, then scare the death out of us and climb back up, so I wasn’t complaining at the bad timing of her latest stunt. It could have been a lot worse.

Who wouldn’t want to be her friend?

So this is where we start out. Just then, my cell phone rings irritably. I have to drag myself away from Tonia’s impressive feat and answer it.
“Hello?” I greet.
“Hello, who is this?” I hear on the other end. I know who it is.
“Hi, Alex,” I reply, a smile spreading over my face.
“Hey, Tess, what’s up?” he asked. He always loosened up when I was on the phone – Tonia or Adam? – not so much.
“Tonia’s proving that she can be sexier than any other woman on the planet,” I said frowning. He laughed.
“I seriously doubt that,” Alex chuckled. He thought I was pretty sexy, which I was fine with. We’d had an on-and-off relationship for a while now.
“No? She’s doing stretches on a cliff in the middle of the Grand Canyon,” I said excitedly. “There are like ten guys – and they’re girlfriends or fiancés – watching. They don’t look so happy.”
“What the hell is she wearing that they’re staring?” he asked, smiling.
“Nothing,” I replied quickly – and then I realized how bad that sounded.
“WHAT?” Alex almost shouted.
“Sorry, sorry,” I apologized. “I meant nothing that would cause them to stare at her – no scanty bikinis, cleavage tops, low-cut sexy short shorts. Nothing. I guess her stretching might be considered hot – or her cunning to go on a cliff.”
“Okay, for a second I was worried,” Alex sighed, he was back to smiling.
“There a reason you called, or did you want to check up on us?” I asked. It was our first vacation with Tonia guarding us, so I guess they had a right to check on us.
“No, we’re not checking up,” Alex replied. I sighed in relief, Tonia would get bad marks for drawing attention. “I’m calling up with an assignment for you…” I gasped. Really? An assignment? So soon?
Alex filled me in on the mission then hung up with “more important business”. Apparently, I was supposed to go catch that damn flight and fill everyone in. I couldn’t wait until we got on the plane, I have to do some research.

Half an hour later, Tonia came back up, got a serious lecture from the police, and then, amazingly, was let go without charges. Wow. She pranced up to us – her cheeks aglow with excitement. Adam gave her a half-hug.
“Sweet,” he said.
“I know!” Tonia exclaimed. “It was so cool. Man, who am I kidding? That was amazing.” She glanced at me and didn’t see my usual frantic excitement, her smile fell. “What’s wrong, Tess?” she asked.
“Nothing’s wrong,” I smiled. “We got our first assignment.”

“Oh. My. God,” she squealed. We hugged and jumped up and down. This was a huge chance – a once in a life time kind of thing. We screwed up now, and we’d never be Legend-Seekers. This was a chance we couldn’t afford to screw up. “So what is it?”
“I’ll tell you on the plane,” I replied. Adam was flabbergasted. He just stood there and stared. Then he smiled. Tonia slapped his head playfully.
“What, Mythbuster, afraid of your new job?” she teased.
“A little shocked is all,” he replied faintly. “And scared.”
She put her hands on his shoulders and jumped up and down, “What? Afraid of a little danger?”
“Yes,” Adam whispered.
“Don’t worry,” Tonia laughed, nudging him in the ribs. “I’ll protect you, I always do, don’t I?”

There was more than teasing in her statement – she meant it. She would protect us because she had signed up and trained for this job most of her life. She loved doing it.

We rushed to the airport and found out that our plane wasn’t there. Instead of the commercial plane we were waiting for, we were met on the runway by a sleek black jet. This was so cool. I would never get over how cool my job was. I got to skip school – after all, that’s still a plus side when you don’t even have your drivers permit and your sixteen – travel all around the world, and spend time with my two best buds. Random Ramblings

as most of you know, Finding D.J. is back on. But what most of you don't know [with exception to Sippyeh and Tabby] is that I changed a major part: Matt.

Big Reveal: [and I'm sorry that this is all I can say :P , well maybe not.] Matt isn't dead [anymore...]

I just made him different. It's pretty sad and it changes the climax, but was so worth it... and it was another one of those minor things I changed in the begining. Sometimes I wonder why I ever change these original plots... It's maddness.

Another thing, for my writer/fan fic. friends, is that I found this freaking awesome website. Now, all of you that are interested, go to google, ask, or your prefered search browser and look up Dr. Wicked's Write or Die.

The jist of it is that Dr. Wicked uses things like noises, lights, and self-deletion [deleting? deletion?] to make lazy writer's [hey, this even works for essays, thesis papers, papers... i know i used it for a paper] brain just keep on reading till the author reaches their selected word count, time limit, or both. There's no hindering spell check and it lets you breathe... supposedly makes you just write and the ideas flow. It worked for me and I highly recommend it. :P Dr. Wicked saved my D.J.!

Ever Yours,

Asiat
PS: no the "royal awesomness" was me in a good mood.

Freakin' Awesome

While I am ceraintly not usually a fan of the whole alien/robot scene, Transformers gives me some real wacko fun :D

Yeah, Vortican I've been praying... you have no idea how worried I was ; ) Glad he's getting better, but keep me updated.

Everything on hold... well, let's just say, the subtitle works best: I'm working on nothing and everything at the same time... and just keep on reminding me about Love at First Bite; though right now, the book Tabitha and I are working on, Legend-Seekers Trilogy, and my Supernatural Romance [correctly named My Imaginary Boyfriend, you'll see!] have taken more importance right now.

ta ta, this girly is going to sleep with much thanks to good ole' fashion... well, it's some herbal thingy that's a lot of help with stress and blah blah blah. Can you tell I wasn't listening when my dad explained it? I was just like how many? when? 'night...

:D

All my love,

Asiat aka, her Royal Awesomeness :D :D :D

Off the Hook With Juicy Details

So my bad news of the day is that I did not send Love At First Bite, but I'll finish it and post it.

But, on the other hand, The Legend-Seekers Trilogy is... quite amazing.

Book I: Firebird of the Russian Mountains

Book II: Sphinx of the Egyptian Deserts

Book III: Wyvern of the British Isles

Characters =

Guardian Antonia Ivanov [Tonia], Russian
Legend-Seeker Adam Polyxena [Adam], Greek
Legend-Seeker Teresa Ashby [Tess], British

Minor Characters [intro.d in II or III book]
Guardian Felix Ashby [II], British
Lady Gryphon [III] British Prophet
Andrew Ivashiv [III], Slavic Prince

Firebird of the Russian Mountains [Summary]

Antonia, Adam, and Tess, while on vacation, are called for their first mission - to protect and save the legendary Russian Firebird. While on the way, the henchmen of chocolatier Demidov Sr. [Of Demidov and Sons Chocolate Co.] steal the bird and Antonia is sent to rescue it. [By now, Antonia knows that the Firebird is named Chloe.] But, while saving the bird, she realizes that, not only is her life in some serious danger, but Demidov isn't after Chloe at all... but after something she possesses. Will Antonia be able to save Chloe, Adam, and the secret treasure before something happens to any of them?

okay, I didn't spoil the ending either, but there is some [slight, by all accounts and you know i'm capable of doing heavy duty, so this is LIGHT!!] romance. Adam and Tonia sitting in a tree...
Scandalously destroying Guardian/Legend-Seeker Heirarch... always a pleasure!

Doth the Minions want the summary of Books II and III???

Ever Yours,

Asiat

PS: Going to check and see if Passion has finished his post on Paninis...
